We are a High Volume, fast paced insurance office that needs a Client Service Representative who values attention to detail and completing tasks. This Client Service Representative position requires an analytical, straightforward person who enjoys technical work. We have a well-structured company with a comfortable work environment.
The Client Service position entails a great deal of interacting with clients, identifying the problem at hand and solving small problems with apparent solutions completely and in an efficient manner. We have a defined process, and the Client Service Representative is an important part of that process. This is a long-term career position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Daily Responsibilities
Insurance Client Service Representative Job Responsibilities
High volume outbound daily phone calls
Answers a high volume of phone calls daily
Processes changes to active policies
Provides efficient and effective 5-star customer service
Identifying and solving problems
Resolve customer enrollment issues as necessary
Accurate Entry of customer data into CRM system
Create reports for managers
Maintains customer confidence during interactions
Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of customers and enrollment information
Maintain inventory of marketing materials for carriers
Meet mandated deadlines
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in the Insurance Industry a plus
Attention to details
Follow through and efficient task completion
Completing forms in Adobe Programs
